people have been interested in my cube at nick, for some reason!! it’s pretty empty compared to others but i shall show you the cool wall aka the wall with the most things on it :) (i blacked out our production sched. because… i don’t wanna get in trouble!)
1) we have a pitch every monday for a new episode.. usually by butch, but sometimes by story artists and production crew. :D
2) we have a friday screening for nickterns, with themes — this past week was “dreamworks shows” (kfp and penguins), but we’ve had flash shows (el tigre and making fiends), and the mighty b!! they’re a highlight. :)
3) that’s my cartoon wife, kitty, and keswick, all tied up… i don’t even know why that’s in my cubicle but ok
4) wolverine with bacon claws…. i’m not allowed to elaborate on that one
5) DUDE, areu and i drew each other things at anime north… i asked for roxy and she asked for kanaya. mine was not as cute as hers, omg. i love this gift art. <3
6) yes i’m vain or something and i have my own korra art in here u_u but it’s done me good! people have been asking for them, too!

i think you’re right about digital just being for personal work, but what i think they mean by ‘no digital media’ is like, don’t hand in a DVD or a CD or something. i had prints in my portfolio and it was fine!
oh, right! duh. yeah, that seems about right then. they should really clear that up, because that would confuse the hell outta me, too! thanks for clarifying :D

I think they discourage digital work because they find it less impressive; it’s a lot easier to fix mistakes and traditional work represents skills more honestly. I’m not completely sure, but I think that’s what Tony told us before I got in. :D
